Process for Getting a Student License

• Complete the required driver’s training piece.
• Complete the form shown below in the link.
• Scan and email completed form to virtualcampus.mail@dmschools.org
• The signed form will be returned to you by email to be printed and submitted to the DOT.

To sign up for Driver Education, please research your options online. A vendor that rents space at DM area high schools for classes is Street Smarts. They may ask you if you qualify for tuition assistance for the driver education classes.  If you have completed the Home Economic Survey during school registration (online in IC), and your school fees received a full or partial waiver, you would qualify for assistance.  Check your IC fee statement for more information.
